Shipping Info

Order Tracking Email: Once your order has been packed, you’ll receive an email with the subject “Order Update.” If you selected a tracked service, your tracking number will also be included.

Processing Time:

  • Express, Standard, and International orders are processed within 1 working day and collected the following working day.

  • No Hurry and Deliver Within 5 Days orders are processed within 2–3 working days and delivered within 5 days.

Haven’t received an email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, it’s possible the email address was entered incorrectly at checkout. If you think this might be the case, contact us here.

Delivery Delays

UK Orders:
Delays can occasionally occur. If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please wait 3 full working days after the expected delivery date before contacting us.
If tracking doesn’t update and your order is still missing, we’ll aim to refund or replace after 10 full days from the delivery date.

International Orders:
Customs delays can affect international delivery times. If your order hasn’t arrived, please wait 10 full days after the expected delivery date before contacting us.
We will issue a refund or replacement if it has not arrived within 20 days of the order date.
