These terms apply to all users of AromasUK. We’re based in the UK, and by shopping with us, you accept that our services and agreements are governed by UK law.


2. Product Use & Disclaimer

All products sold on this site are intended for use as room aromas or novelty items only.
They are not intended for human consumption or inhalation.

By purchasing from AromasUK, you confirm that you will use these products only as directed and at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury or adverse effect caused by misuse of any item.


3. Customer Responsibility & Legal Compliance

  • It’s your responsibility to check if the products you’re buying are legal in your country.

  • We do not guarantee delivery if customs seize your order due to local laws.

  • Refunds or replacements are not available for items confiscated or returned for legal reasons.

  • We may cancel orders if we believe delivery would breach local laws.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If it’s wrong and your parcel is returned or needs re-sending, you’ll be charged for redelivery.

  • For Click & Collect orders not collected, we’ll refund your order minus the original shipping costs.


4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed once payment is received.

  • We accept debit/credit cards and secure payment options.

  • If there’s an issue with your payment, we’ll contact you.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders quickly, but delays can happen.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or other third parties.

  • You are responsible for dealing with customs if your package is held.

  • We do not refund or replace orders seized by customs.

  • Shipping Days: Monday to Friday. Couriers collect in the mornings.


6. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If the issue is our fault, we’ll either send a replacement or offer a refund.


7. VAT & Pricing

  • AromasUK is VAT registered in the UK.

  • Prices shown include VAT where applicable.

  • Need a VAT invoice? Just ask.


8. Privacy & Cookies

  • We use cookies to improve your shopping experience.

  • Your personal data is only used for order processing and customer support.

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.


9. Liability & Disputes

  • We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse of our products.
