Shipment Tracking and Delivery Infomation

Tracking: You can find your order number from the “My Account Section” with a tracking link or in the email we sent you with the subject “Order Note”. Alternatively you can use the links below if you know your tracking number.

Shipping Service: “No Hurry” the tracking will only update once delivered as this is not a fully tracked service.

Tracking Links:

Shipping times: All items are shipped within one working day except no hurry shipping which is ususally two days, our couriers collect each morning Monday-Friday

Deliveries charges: Calculated by weight and cost from as little as £2.59, we ship pretty much across the globe!

Local Collect: We now have over 8000 UK pick up points available. You will be notified via email and or text when your order is ready to collect from your local collection point. You must collect the order within two working days, if the item is not returned to us due to no collection you will be charged for the shipping and return shipping. 

Packing: All items are shipped in discreet packing.

Returns: Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we can only accept returns if they are in a new un-opened, unused conditions if any packing seals or wrapping have been broken and these items are returned without prior approval no refund will be issued. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please allow time for the item to arrive back with us and be processed for us to issue a refund, once processed the refunds usually take 3-5 days to go back to your account.

Tax/Duty: UK/EU orders include tax/duty, while orders shipped outside the UK or EU are shipped duty unpaid. This means if you live outside the UK/EU you’ll be responsible for paying import duty, this is usually billed by your local courier. Use our handy calculator for an estimate (this is your local tax rate).

Delivery Delays:

  • Outside UK: Please contact us 10 full days after the initall delivery date so we can investigate. Please be aware that customs delays can impact delivery times. Refunds/Replacements for significant delays at customs will be made 20 days after the order date.

  • Within UK Delays can occur at times but please do contact us after 3 full days have passed so we can investigate. We will look to replace/refund after 10 days have passed the dleivery date if we cant see whats happening with the courier.
